Peanut Butter Crémeux with Vanilla Cream on Chocolate Joconde ~ Arakido Desserts
This is one of the easiest recipes to make at home (just recalculate the amounts of ingredients if using a different mold!) and the only one peanut butter flavored dessert I have ever made. Sometimes we change the base and use a chocolate brownie instead of a Joconde sponge so you can try both variations if you like. However, the most attractive here is the peanut butter crémeux! If you like peanut butter – you will be drawn to these desserts too. Also, it’s so much fun to make with kids!
